ABOUT US
Eyes of Chile is a collaborative travel storytelling platform.
and creatives who live it every day.

MISSION
To share Chile through the voices of the people who live it.
We do this by collaborating with local tourism professionals to create rich, honest stories that offer practical insights, cultural context, and personal experiences. These stories help travelers make more informed, respectful, and meaningful connections with the places they visit.

VISION
To reshape the future of tourism by centering local voices in how we discover and understand places.
We imagine a world where travel prioritizes empathy over checklists, where platforms amplify real stories instead of selling ex periences. Through thoughtful content and a growing network of storytellers, Eyes of Chile aims to build a model for responsible, human – centered travel media
Got a question? Want to share your story?
Whether you’re a traveler with a query or a local with something to say, we’d love to hear from you.

It all began with a simple idea: if you want to understand a place, talk to the people who live there
So we started building a space for those voices. A place where a hiking guide could talk about her favorite lesser-known trail, or a chef could explain what makes a home-cooked curanto different from the one on a restaurant menu. We work alongside tourism professionals across Chile to shape stories that feel personal, practical, and true; the sort that make you see a place differently.
Core values that drive us

Keep it real
We don’t gloss over reality. We celebrate it: the good and the gritty. Every story we share is grounded in the lived experiences of the people who know Chile travel from the inside out.

Share the mic
This platform isn’t a solo act. We co-create every piece with local guides, cooks, artists, and more—because the best stories are the ones told with, not about, the people who live them.

Follow the locals
No one knows a place like someone who calls it home. We lean into their advice—not just the famous landmarks, but the morning rituals, the winding backroads, the quiet corners they return to again and again.

Leave it better
We’re not here for extractive tourism. We’re here to support slow, respectful travel that gives back—be it protecting nature or amplifying local economies.

Respect what’s sacred
Culture isn’t content. It’s history, heritage, and identity. We treat it with care, asking before assuming, listening before writing, and learning along the way.

Stay curious
This project is always growing. We welcome new voices, question our assumptions, and believe that travel—and storytelling—should open doors, not close them.
